At Metatron, we are committed to providing high-quality products that are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a defective item, don’t worry—we have a simple and hassle-free return process. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What should you do if you receive a defective product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team through our website’s instant messenger or email at support@metatron.shop within 3 days of receiving your product.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.
- Once we confirm the issue (this process usually takes one day), we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit—no need to return the defective item.
If you are unable to provide photos or videos, or if the provided media does not clearly show the defect, the item must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will be covered by you
Can I return or cancel my order if it’s not defective?
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it ships. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Returns & Exchanges: If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect, return shipping and redelivery costs will be your responsibility.
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- You will receive a full refund without needing to return the package if:
- The courier confirms the package is missing or damaged.
- You received the wrong item, size, or print.
What items are eligible for return?
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags and packaging attached.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items marked as non-returnable or for complimentary gifts.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after confirmation. You may choose to receive the refund to your original payment method (credit/debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process) or as store credit.
- Please note that shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Important Reminders
- Do not return items to the sender address on the package. Contact us first at support@metatron.shop to receive the correct return address.
- Ensure that your return package contains only Metatron items. We are not responsible for returning any non-Metatron products mistakenly sent in your package.
